Resource Centre Assistant

Aldinga Campus and/or Morphett Vale

Up to 37.5 hours per week Contract position, commencing January 2025

 

The successful applicant:

  • will be an energetic self-starter;

  • have excellent organisational and relational skills;

  • be a team player;

  • contribute to the effective operation of the College Resource Centres;

  • provide office and clerical support.

Community Engagement Officer

Commencing immediately 2024 (22.5 hours a week)
Available to work at Aldinga Campus

 

The successful applicants:

  • will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students with the College;

  • will be responsible for student enrolment, records management, and administrative support;

  • will play a critical role in maintaining accurate student records, facilitating College tours, administration of student enrolment enquiries, applications and the admission process, and providing administrative assistance to students, parents, faculty, and staff;

  • will have attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation to contribute to the smooth operation of the College and the overall satisfaction of stakeholders;

  • will be professional, efficient, customer focused and welcoming with a thorough understanding and commitment to Christian education.
